Finalists named for 2017 Ethie Award

Seven finalists have been selected for the 2017 Ethie Award, an annual honor given to local businesses and organizations by the Rochester Area Business Ethics Foundation.

The finalists, chosen by an independent panel of judges, are:

  • Leonard’s Express, an asset-based transportation provider in Farmington with offices located throughout the United States;
  • Stantec Consulting Services, which offers engineering, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, surveying, environmental sciences, construction services, project management and project economics with offices all over the world.
  • The government of Ontario County, whose vision is to be “a vibrant community where every citizen has the opportunity to be healthy, safe, and successful.”
  • Interpretek, which provides American Sign Language interpreting services, including community interpreting, video interpreting, and interpreter education.
  • Holy Childhood, a non-denominational nonprofit agency that has served people with intellectual and developmental disabilities for 70 years.
